ELCAIN was inaugurated in 2011, by a team of Professional & Competent Engineers with more than 15 years of work experience in the Middle East.
The Company has been registered as a Civil and Building Contractor and we are specialized in construction of residential, commercial and industrial buildings, Interior decoration, infrastructure works, MEP works, Sewage line works, GRC & GRP works. We have a dedicated team of Engineers experienced in their respective fields to cater to our Clients requirements.
